  Worst service! Andrew the manager offers no help! You would never know he’s the manager no name tag and wearing a hoodie, I had to ask for the manager and he said yup that’s me. They admitted they were over charging me for 5 months, yet there was nothing he could do, honestly?? In the store for over an hour and all he said to other customers is the same thing!! Doesn’t he know his job is to help solve problems, I don’t think so! Wish I had never switched and as soon as my phone is paid off I will gone! Ironically is they applied all the money they over charged me my phone would be paid off!!

  My sister switched services and Drew was an awesome person throughout the process. He was super patient and helpful. He made the process painless and got us the best deal. I would totally recommend this store and Drew!

  Terrible experience with this location. Really bad service from this young “manager” who is at the least unprepared. Had to come back to the store during 3 months several times without any solution or a follow up on their end. Total lack of respect and work ethic. Don’t bring your business here, if you expect a basic decent treatment.
