Since they don’t work on commissions we never felt pressured to buy anything out of our price range and were able to have honest convos with them. They have a great layaway program and have a free lifetime warranty. We were able to get my ring resized in 48 hrs and get free cleanings any time you come in the store. Would recommend to anyone!
