  I recently qualified for VIB status and went into the store for an exchange and for my complimentary Custom Makeup. LORENA was so sweet, made me feel comfortable as a basically new to make up user. She ran all over the busy store trying to find my right foundation match and did an excellent job. I would have NEVER been able to do it on my own. There was no pressure at the end of the service to purchase anything, but I did take a sample to see if I could recreate the look myself. 5 stars for Lorena.

  Megan really helped me out today. I stupidly got a drugstore powder without paying attention to the product and I've been incredibly unhappy with it, it comes off, turns me orange, is blotchy, and has glitter in it. All of the terrible things no one wants. I haven't been incredibly happy with my foundation lately either. She actually took the limited time I had and turned it into an incredible experience, she gave me a new foundation to try and a product to help combat my oily t-zone/red blotchy cheeks. I left the store with a few samples, a not orange face, and a positive attitude. She's the first gal that has really made me want to return to Sephora (I was really only there to get another makeup trunk that they were unfortunately out of) and because of her I'll be going back to see her and get some foundation, powder, and product recommendations for my weird face. She wasn't pushy and didn't make me feel like I was in the wrong store. I really appreciate her help.
