  I shop at the Rack pretty regularly. I bought a pair of jeans that ripped unexpectedly within a month. When I took them back, they kept telling me that it was my fault because I bought the wrong size. I finally got to speak to a manager who remedied the situation and returned the pants. After she left, the lady smugly looked at me and said "next time you should have just returned the pants when you started to see them tear". This situation makes me really reconsider shopping here...

  I love Nordstrom's so when I learned that there was a Nordstrom Rack near by, I had to check it out. My first impression was that the store has somewhat of a "Ross" look to it, especially since large amounts of clothing are crammed into circular racks. It was nice to see designer labels, however, and at reduced prices! It was easy to get lost searching through rack after rack. The jewelry section was disappointing in that most of what was displayed was very disorganized and the jewelry was all entangled with each other. The staff were friendly yet not overbearing, and the lines at the registers were easy flowing, not congested. Overall this is a great place to shop.
