  This Mattress Firm store has the best sales team I have ever seen in a furniture store or bedding store. They are a flawless "tag'-team" if one of them has a day off and you just happen in they just pitch in and you feel as if you are their customer, and your wants and needs come first. It is really an amazing business model that they have. I started with Joshua who was extremely knowledgeable and I purchased a mattress. Then I worked with Carmen who remembered me, as she had helped Joshua locate a particular mattress in another store. Ultimately, Carmen and Joshua were amazing and I walked out of the store feeling really happy and with the feeling that I not only got a great price, but all the "whys", and "whats", were no longer in my head. This is "full service", from some great people. I am a hospitality Interior Designer for 40+ years and have worked with lots of sales people. Mattress Firm North Lynnwood would be my recommendation for anyone looking for new bedding.
