  i’ve purchased two mattresses from them and both times excellent service. i had a issue this last time and the owner himself called me directly and got it taken care of 3 months ago. now today 3 months later they are swapping out our mattress due to the comfort exchange, nothing was wrong with the mattress we just prefer a little firmer and they are taking care of that. usually once you spend your money a company got what they wanted and that’s that. NOT HERE! once your a customer they continue to take care of you. we will be back in february after our vacation to purchase another mattress for our daughter. Very happy customers! best service i’ve ever received from any company!

  Scott Gregerson was the ONLY salesman we met with who genuinely wanted to explain the differences in the mattresses. We were only looking for a seldom used guest room mattress, but Scott treated us like we were buying the most expensive mattress in the store. Excellent value and choices at Mattress City!

  We went in to get a mattress for our son who is turning 3 and outgrowing his toddler bed. We had no pressure browsing and asking questions, and when we decided what we wanted the salesman helped us figure out how to get it asap. They were out of stock at the Lynnwood location but he called around and found what we wanted in Shoreline. We drove to get it and picked it up there with no hassle or troubles. We also bought the 10 year warranty and protector as well, it was worth the price. Our son was sick a few days later and it came in handy.
