  I went to the store and ordered 150 patio stones. I was told to drive to the back of the store and wait at plumber to pick up my stones since there should be a guy to help me out but when I was standing in front of their Pro Service desk(Plumber), the guys were just walking pass by without asking me a question for why I was standing there. After 20 mins, I talked to the near by cashier for help, and she called a few times but still I got nothing. Later on, I saw the same guy walked to that Pro Service desk and I looked at his name, Ryan, but still he didn't bother to ask me a question or offered any help even I was standing there in front of his computer more than 30 mins. I decided to go away and drove to their front desk for help. All in all, their service is the worst! Thank to the young man, Derek, for helping me to load all my stones into my car. Lowe's should hire such a person like you and review those irresponsible employees.

  When I checked online for the item I was looking for it showed that they had it in stock. I went to where they said it was and there was none. I asked a clerk and they went to the computer, saw they just got them in and went and pulled them for me. Very helpful, courteous employees.
