  Do NOT get your rings here especially wedding bands. We had purchased a wedding band for my husband about 6 weeks in advance. We even took the time to size his finger and order it. But mostly they were so focused on trying to get us to sign up for their credit card (wasn't interested at all) she even went into detail about how she got a little incentive because their particular store (alderwood) got a certain amount of customers to sign up and she's "on a roll". Weeks go by and we never hear from them. We finally gave them a call to hear about our order status and they said they've been "trying" to call us for a question about the size (basically, what size did we need although we already sized it and saw them write it down on the order). We had to call them every day for a week leading up to our wedding day and they just said "nope, not in yet" On our wedding day, an hour before our ceremony begins, i get a voice message from Helzberg saying "hi, congratulations on your wedding day today. The ring came in so pick it up anytime" Our venue was over an hour away and ceremony was already beginning. After the wedding, I had a little chat with one of the associates and she said "oh well, at least you have it now, right?" need less to say, I am not happy with any of this. If they would have just told us from the beginning that it wasn't enough time or cutting it close, we would have not bought it from there. But they wanted our money so they didn't say anything. If you want a wedding band on your wedding day....do NOT buy from this company. Or sign up for their credit card!
