  I bought a dress and realized that I bought a size too big. It was an $80 dress and I tried to exchange it for a smaller size within 48 hours of buying it. The manager was extremely rude to me and told me that there was no way I could exchange or return my dress. I understand that company policies are in place. However, being rude to a customer is never acceptable. I'm not impressed.
